Pump stations

A properly designed pump station ensures consistent pressure, efficient water delivery, and reliable irrigation performance. We provide new irrigation pump station design and installation, upgrades and retrofits, system improvements for existing pump stations and replacement of outdated components.

Our preventative maintenance programs help keep pumping systems operating efficiently while identifying potential issues early. Our technicians provide comprehensive service for pumps and motors, pump station skids and piping, electrical controls and automation systems and performance diagnostics and troubleshooting.

VFDs

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are the core component of modern pump stations, controlling pump speed and system pressure. We provide VFD replacements, retrofits and upgrades. Stocked replacement drives allow us to get irrigation systems back online quickly.

Automation

Automation improves system performance and simplifies irrigation management. Our automation solutions range from single-machine controls to complete facility automation systems.We design and service custom automation systems including: PLC control systems, equipment automation, facility control solutions and troubleshooting and repair of existing PLC systems.

Flow Meters

Accurate water measurement is essential for compliance and irrigation management. We provide flow meter certification services for the South Florida Water Management District using precision ultrasonic calibration equipment. Digital meters provide flow rate monitoring, totalized water usage tracking, and reporting capabilities.

  • We have cranes and a crane operator on staff, with crane capabilities ranging from 2-ton to 28-ton lifts and up to 129 feet of reach.

  • We also have a professional diver on staff for intake screen and wet well cleanings, helping us provide more complete pump station service without relying solely on outside contractors.

  • We stock up to 100HP US Electric motors, up to 100HP Yaskawa VFDs and all components necessary to minimize down time.

  • Our in-house machine shop handles pump repairs up to 500 HP
